1. When Can I Expect to Receive My Dress After Ordering It Online?

Normally, it takes about 15-20 business days for the production after your payment. (Please pay attention, 15-20 business days exclude normal weekends and holidays). The shipping time differs according to shipping method you have chosen. Generally speaking, you can receive the dress within 30 business days after you confirmed your order.

If you are urgent, we can also make the wedding gown within a required time for you. But you need to pay extra fee.


2. Can You Make a Dress If I Send You a Picture?

Yes, we can! Please email us the picture of the outfit that you want made with as much detail as possible. Our expert tailors will review it carefully and reply to you as soon as possible with a reasonable quote including the shipping cost.

There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.
